Being a first-time renter- Sandra, who was behind the counter, was quite knowledgeable. She was great and explained everything in detail, so I left with 100% comfortability in how what when where and why. She made sure I was able to get to my unit with ease. She is such a pleasure to deal with . The grounds are always plowed out in the winter. It is very easy access. I have had to email in a quick question about something, and they answered back in just a couple of hours.
They have boxes for sale as well. One of my boxes that had my personal contents got broken and was able to get a bid that seemed to be thicker and stronger then my original box in a matter of moments. I could finish packing my storage unit. I will make sure I recommend you to friends and family when they are in need of a unit to rent
