It was easy and stress free going through the rental process. The storage unit I was given is very easy to get to, and at a great rate. Monthly payment process is quite simple. Unit itself was clean. Little tricky to open the doors, but may have been due to the snow buildup. Located in a nice area , not having to battle traffic getting in and out of, and access to gated area is simple.

We have been storage renters at Apple since they took over. The transition from the previous owners was seamless. The large storage area is secured with a locked gate. You are able to easily get in any time with your pass code. Never had a mouse problem or water damage. The units are easy to access.

Customer service has always been great and our stored belongings have stayed safe and dry. No complaints! Location is convenient as well.

I rented a small storage locker a month ago and found the process easy to set up over the phone (being from out of town). The facility is easy to access and well laid out for what my needs are.
