Charlie has the best customer service! She is always so pleasant to talk to. She explained everything in the paperwork and got me the best deal possible. She was upfront and honest about the cost and explained what was expected of me and vice versa. Storage units were easy to get to and clean. Definitely recommend reaching out to Charlie if you're in need of some extra space.

We had this storage locker for over 2 years. Easy to deal with; good communication. Very easy process to sign up and end tendency and units and property are kept well. I would definitely use again and recommend to family or friends. Charlie was great to deal with :) - Adam and Cristyn

I’ve booked my unit for 2 months so if there are any issues I will update my review but thus far it’s been a very positive experience. I called a few places and they said they wouldn’t meet with me last minute even though it was within office hours. Charlene was working and she met with me within 20 minutes notice. They have a 50% off promotion which was helpful to me while I’m facing homelessness and don’t know where to go. Charlene was pleasant and interactive would look forward to working with her in the future.

I would just like to say this is a very friendly place it is always clean. The units are amazing and the People there do everything possible to answer any questions or concerns you might have. I have given this a 5 star if I Could I would give it a ten star

The unit itself is fine. Got off to a rocky start with them as they didn't email bill as stated & then locked my unit for non payment. Then they were charging a higher price which I had to escalate to get semi resolved. I find the 4 week pay periods somewhat annoying so signed up for six 4 week periods with a bit of a discount. Here's hoping things continue in their now more positive ways.
